Brand new for the 2018 season, Is my Bromley 4 bedroom (8 berth) caravan, It has double glazing, central heating and an enclosed verander on the Sandhills area of Butlins. Our luxury caravan has been sited for the 2018 season, It is situated on the Sandhills area on the Butlins caravan park. In the lounge there's a 42" freeview television, a dvd player with various dvd's to watch and a hi-fi, It has an open planned lounge with fixed seating all round, there is also fixed seating and 3 stools around the dining table area, there's plenty of room for the children to spead out and play, there a nice electric fire in the lounge area but to be honest its not really needed as its fully central heated with radiators in every room. The caravan has one double master bedroom, three twin bedrooms a large bathroom with a double shower, wash basin and toilet, there's also a 2nd toilet and wash basin down the hall. 4 passes will be included in the price, if you require anymore passes these can be purchased at £30/£40 depending on season and length of stay. I am now taking bookings for the 2018/2019 seasons. I require a £100 deposit/bond which secures you booking and balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday, the deposit/bond will be refunded within 7 days after we have checked to make sure the caravan has been left clean and unmanaged.
